No Warranty – Important Notice

FODB is a private hobby project developed by a single individual in my free time. I am not a company, I do not operate as a legal entity, and I cannot provide any form of commercial warranty, guarantee, or liability for the software.

I develop FODB with the best intention, care and technical understanding I have. However, I cannot foresee every hardware configuration, operating system, environment, or business‑critical use case. Therefore, you use this software entirely at your own risk.

FODB is a powerful tool with no built‑in security restrictions. If you instruct it to write, modify or delete data, it will do exactly that. It is your responsibility to test your own code, validate your queries, and ensure that the software behaves as expected in your environment.

I cannot guarantee that no data loss, corruption, unexpected behavior or limitations will occur, especially when reaching edge cases or using untested combinations of commands. Even though I test the software on multiple systems, I cannot guarantee correctness, completeness or reliability.

If you encounter bugs, issues or unexpected behavior, you are welcome to contact me via email or the contact form. I will try to respond and fix issues as soon as possible, but I cannot guarantee response times or provide binding support.

By downloading, using or interacting with FODB, you agree that you are fully responsible for how you use the software and for any consequences resulting from its use. You also agree not to use FODB in any way that harms other persons, systems or legal entities.

In summary: FODB is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind. Use it responsibly, test your code, and ensure it fits your needs before using it in productive environments.
